Texas Area Properties (TAP) has almost 50 years of combined Houston and Texas experience in residential investment, commercial, retail, and multi family property transactions. Unlike most brokerage companies that specialize in real estate investments, Texas Area Properties has additional experience in owning and operating many such properties that give added insight to our investors.

TAP has always gone the extra mile to ensure investors the best value whether they are buyers or sellers in a weak or strong market. Our philosophy has always been that there are many good deals if you look hard enough and keep a presence in the market talking to buyers and sellers.

Many of our transactions come from properties that are not listed, but that have been identified by us to be great opportunities so we simply approach the owner and see if they are interested in selling. Tap has many year of experience in packaging tracts for large box retailers, chain retailers and pharmacies throughout Texas, and primarily the hot Houston market.
